Full Stack Engineer (AI First)

We're working with an ambitious tech startup developing an innovative AI-powered platform that's transforming the way businesses operate within a traditional industry.

They're looking for a talented AI First/Full Stack Software Engineer who has genuinely embraced AI-assisted development and wants to work in an environment where AI is central to how software is built and delivered.

This isn't about occasionally using ChatGPT to help with coding. They're looking for someone who's already making extensive use of tools such as **Claude Code, Codex or similar**, ideally running multiple AI agents and development workflows in parallel.

The Role

Working closely with an experienced CTO, you'll take ownership of building, delivering and maintaining production software.

You'll be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining reliable, high-quality full-stack applications.

• Using AI coding agents extensively to accelerate development.

• Managing parallel AI-assisted development workflows.

• Reviewing, testing and validating AI-generated code.

• Taking ownership of code quality, delivery and ongoing improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Commercial software engineering experience with strong development fundamentals.

• Extensive, hands-on experience using AI coding agents as part of your everyday workflow.

• Experience delivering and maintaining production-quality software.

• A proactive, curious approach and a genuine enthusiasm for AI-driven development.

• Someone who enjoys taking ownership and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.

Tech stack:

• How effectively you use AI to build great software matters more than your familiarity with a particular framework.
