Full Stack Engineer // AI Music Video Platform

Neural Frames is a leading AI music video generator, turning any song into a fully produced music video in minutes. We’re bootstrapped, profitable, and currently generating more than $5M in annualized revenue.

Our ambition is to build a category-defining company, helping tens of millions of audio creators visualize their content and promote it online. Our next target is a $15M annualized revenue run rate.

As a profitable company, there is no VC drama. We are a small, ambitious group of people striving to build something creators love.

• Develop and ship new features end-to-end, from our Python backend services to our React/TypeScript front-end.

• Work directly with AI models, LLMs, and agent-based systems to build novel creative tools for video generation.

• Build and maintain robust, scalable systems that can handle complex multimedia processing and user workflows.

• Collaborate closely with the founding team to brainstorm, design, and define the product roadmap.

• Contribute to all parts of the product lifecycle: ideation, design, implementation, testing, and deployment in a fast-paced environment.

• Help manage and integrate third-party services, potentially including payment systems or new AI-driven tools.

• You're a driven, curious self-starter who takes ownership and ships. You pair that drive with real experience building and running applications in production.

• You're hands-on across our stack, with solid working knowledge of several of: Python, TypeScript, React, AI, LLMs, prompting, and agent-based systems.

• You have a track record of building and delivering software, and can point to it. A link to your GitHub, portfolio, or a project you've shipped is highly encouraged.

• You have a genuine interest in music, AI, art, or the creator economy. You're excited by the problem we're solving.

• Bonus Points: You have prior experience with payment systems (like Stripe), AI video/image generation, or complex multimedia front-ends.

• You’re based in Berlin and can join us in the office at least four days per week.
