Full Stack Engineer - AI Trainer

AfterQuery is seeking Full Stack Engineer Experts to build and evaluate the production-quality full stack application work scenarios that frontier AI labs use to test model judgment. In this remote, asynchronous role you will design realistic engineering problems, review how models reason through them, and give detailed feedback that makes the resulting training data trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Design challenging, realistic production-quality full stack application work tasks drawn from production practice
• Evaluate model responses for correctness, sound reasoning, and subtle failure modes
• Document your reasoning clearly so another engineer can audit the judgement

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience building and shipping full stack web applications
• Proficiency with a modern framework such as Next.js, plus SQL schema design
• Comfort owning a feature from data model through interface
