Cascadience, a VIABILITY Company, is building Volio, an innovative

AI-powered digital companion designed to support neurodivergent

individuals, including people with ADHD, Autism, and Anxiety. Volio is

evolving into an engaging student companion that combines AI-powered

support, intelligent scheduling, long-term memory, and gamified

experiences to help reduce cognitive overload and support independence.

56-year established organization. As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll help

build and scale the technology behind Volio while working closely with

product, operations, marketing, and external partners. If you're a

Responsibilities Build and maintain our Python/FastAPI backend running

on AWS ECS Fargate. Develop and improve AI-powered multi-agent workflows

using Amazon Bedrock and LangGraph. Build and optimize RAG pipelines and

long-term semantic memory. Develop mobile features using React Native,

Flutter, or native iOS/Android technologies. Create lightweight 2D

gamification and student progression features. Integrate GPS/geolocation

functionality for school and class-related experiences. Design and

maintain data models across PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and MongoDB Atlas.

Contribute to AWS infrastructure, Terraform, and secure cloud

architecture. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

Support mobile releases through Apple App Store Connect and Google Play.

Monitor application performance using tools such as New Relic,

OpenTelemetry, and AWS X-Ray. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to

Turn Ideas Into Accessible, Reliable Products. Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building

production applications, APIs, or mobile applications. Strong experience

with Python and preferably FastAPI. Experience with relational and/or

NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or MongoDB. Experience

with AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD automation. Strong

problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to

work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced startup

environment. Genuine interest in accessibility, inclusion, and

technology that improves people's lives. Preferred Experience Prior

experience with any of the following is a plus: LangGraph, LangChain,

Amazon Bedrock, or OpenAI React Native, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin RAG,

vector databases, or AI/LLM applications AWS ECS Fargate Terraform
