Full Stack Engineer

Role Description This full-time remote Full Stack Engineer role involves designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications. The engineer will implement and optimize front-end interfaces, build and integrate back-end services and APIs, and ensure seamless communication between system components. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, testable code, reviewing peers’ code, troubleshooting issues, and improving application performance and reliability. The role also includes collaborating with product managers and designers, participating in architecture discussions, and contributing to deployment and monitoring processes. The engineer will help refine development workflows and support ongoing enhancements based on user feedback and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong Front-End Development skills, including experience with HTML, JavaScript frameworks, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including building APIs, working with databases, and integrating services.
• Experience in Software Development practices such as version control, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Hands-on Full-Stack Development experience, with the ability to work across both client and server layers.
• Familiarity with modern frameworks and tools (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, or similar) is beneficial.
• Comfort with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
