Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy new features independently across the entire stack (Backend, Web, and Mobile Backend integration)
• Build reliable, secure, and scalable microservices and backend systems using Kotlin, Typescript, and Go
• Analyze and optimize database queries, memory management, and spatial efficiency to actively cut down infrastructure waste
• Write clean, well-documented, and highly predictable code, prioritizing maintainability over over-engineered complexity
• Partner closely with Product, Operations, and Design teams to translate operational bottlenecks into efficient technical solutions

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack or Backend Engineer in a high-growth environment or distributed systems setup
• Deep proficiency in Typescript and Kotlin for building robust, high-throughput backend services and mobile apps
• Solid experience optimizing relational and non-relational databases
• Proven track record of extreme ownership, shipping production-ready features from conception to deployment with minimal supervision
• Pragmatic problem solver with a solid understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud resource utilization
• Clear communicator able to explain complex technical trade-offs concisely to both engineering peers and operational stakeholders

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with geospatial data, spatial indexing, or large-scale data warehouses
• Experience in logistics, 3PL, mobility, or startup operational systems
