Full Stack Engineer

We’re Hiring: Full-Stack Engineer | WeLive Inc. | Tokyo / Remote

At WeLive Inc., we’re building Né, Boss?, an AI-powered Digital Twin platform that lets employees consult an AI replica of their manager—combining conversational AI, organizational knowledge, and responsible AI.

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to help take the product from prototype → production.

What You’ll Do

Develop and ship our React-based iOS app, then expand to Android

Build and integrate REST APIs & backend services

Handle AWS infrastructure

Implement authentication, notifications, conversation history & offline support

Collaborate on AI/LLM integrations

Publish to the App Store & Google Play

Continuously improve the product through user feedback

Requirements

Mobile development experience (projects/events are welcome)

AWS experience

REST API integration

Git & Docker

Understanding of relational databases

Strong independent problem-solving skills

Professional communication in English OR Japanese

Experience with React Native, Flutter, Swift/SwiftUI, or React/Next.js is a plus.

PostgreSQL • Node.js/Python/Go • Firebase/GCP/Supabase • LLM APIs • Chat applications • CI/CD • 0→1 product development • B2B SaaS/HR Tech

Full-time / Contract

Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo

Hybrid (Remote + Onsite)

Super-flexible hours no core hours

¥3M–¥5M annual salary

Visa support available for qualified international candidates

Remote interviews available for overseas candidates
