Full-Stack Engineer

Salary: THB 40,000–60,000 per month + Flex Benefits

Role Purpose:

Develop, enhance, test, and operate Mobility Insight's web, mobile, backend, API, and enterprise software products under the technical direction of the Development Lead. The role contributes across the full software-development lifecycle and helps turn product and customer requirements into secure, reliable, production-ready features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Mobility Insight's Driver Intelligence ecosystem, including the Customer Dashboard, Admin Dashboard, Driver Application, Mobi Executive Application, backend services, APIs, and supporting workflows.
• Contribute across frontend, backend, mobile, database, and integration development according to project needs and individual strengths.
• Build secure REST APIs, business logic, authentication, role-based access control, notifications, reporting, and integration services for internal and customer-facing products.
• Translate assigned user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical designs into clean, maintainable, testable code.
• Support integrations with GPS, telematics, maps, cameras, customer systems, identity providers, reporting tools, and external APIs.
• Implement reusable components and configurable product features that support multiple customers, tenants, white-label variants, and future Mobility Insight products.
• Write unit and integration tests, investigate defects, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve production issues with appropriate urgency and documentation.
• Participate in code review, estimation, sprint planning, technical design discussions, release preparation, and continuous improvement of engineering standards.
• Work closely with Data Engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, Product, and Solution Delivery teams to ensure features work correctly end to end.
• Apply secure coding, privacy-by-design, ATSG, PDPA, logging, access-control, and data-protection requirements throughout development.
• Support customer pilots, UAT, implementation, controlled configuration, and post-release issue resolution when required.
• Proactively identify technical improvements, product enhancements, performance issues, and opportunities to reduce technical debt rather than working only from assigned instructions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in full-stack, backend, web, mobile, or enterprise software development.
• Strong practical programming skills in one or more modern development stacks, with the ability to work across both application and backend layers.
• Experience building production web applications, APIs, databases, authentication, and integrations.
• Good understanding of software engineering fundamentals, Git, testing, debugging, code review, data structures, security, and API design.
• Ability to understand requirements, estimate work, communicate blockers early, and deliver reliable features within agreed timelines.
• Good English communication and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, Python, Java, Flutter, React Native, or comparable modern frameworks.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, CI/CD, relational or NoSQL databases, caching, monitoring, and cloud-native services.
• Experience with mobile applications, maps, GPS/background location, push notifications, offline synchronization, or device permissions.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, enterprise integrations, SSO, dashboards, reporting, or white-label products.
• Experience in mobility, automotive, telematics, fleet, logistics, insurance, or enterprise technology solutions.
• Familiarity with secure SDLC, ATSG, ISO 27001, PDPA, or privacy-by-design practices.
