Full Stack Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to independently decompose business requirements, sort out application scenarios, and conduct feasibility analysis
• Deliver structured requirement documents and technical solutions with business abstraction to facilitate smooth project implementation
• Develop backend APIs, implement core business logic, design databases, and debug front-end and backend interfaces
• Participate in system architecture upgrading, performance optimization and code quality management
• Conduct Web front-end development using React technology stack, including reusable component encapsulation and interactive experience optimization
• Independently complete complex page development and page reconstruction to ensure smooth user interaction and cross-platform compatibility
• Take full ownership of end-to-end module delivery and independently undertake iterative delivery of complete business modules
• Continuously optimize front-end and back-end code quality and reusability
• Participate in technical review and project retrospective meetings to promote standardized team development processes
• Support agile iteration, online troubleshooting and bug fixing to guarantee continuous and stable business operation

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Over 5 years of professional development experience
• Solid Java + React full-stack development experience
• Proficient in Java mainstream frameworks including SpringBoot, Spring MVC and MyBatis
• Experienced in MySQL database design, index optimization and common middleware application
• Capable of independent API development and business module implementation
• Proficient in React, Hooks and component-based development
• Familiar with state management tools (Redux/Zustand) and front-end engineering and modular development
• Strong requirement analysis capability with ability to communicate directly with business sides and identify potential project risks
• Familiar with front-end and back-end collaboration procedures and RESTful API specifications
