Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

A well-established international organisation is looking for an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to join its technology team.

You’ll take ownership of a high-visibility global web platform and the cloud-based integration services that connect customer, operational and internal systems.

The role combines modern full-stack web development, cloud data integration and AI-assisted engineering. You’ll work closely with product, design, content, QA and business stakeholders to deliver fast, reliable and scalable digital experiences.

This is an opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working across the stack, solving practical problems and improving both technology and development processes.

As the Fullstack Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Build reusable, accessible and responsive frontend components.
• Deliver strong performance, SEO and user experience across digital platforms.
• Work with a headless CMS to create reusable content components and templates.
• Maintain cloud-based ETL and integration pipelines connecting CRM and internal systems.
• Develop and support serverless solutions using AWS services.
• Monitor application performance, reliability, analytics and data flows.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, technical debt and performance bottlenecks.
• Follow modern engineering practices including Git, pull requests, CI/CD, automated testing and code reviews.
• Contribute to technical decisions around scalability, security, privacy and maintainability.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, testing, debugging, documentation and developer productivity.
• Identify practical opportunities to introduce AI, automation and intelligent workflows into engineering and digital products.

AI is becoming an increasingly important part of how the team builds software.

Strong engineering judgement remains essential: AI-generated output must be reviewed, tested, secured and maintained to professional standards.

Experience with LLMs, AI APIs, coding assistants or AI-enabled development workflows is an advantage, but not a requirement.

What We’re Looking For

Professional full-stack development experience.

• Strong experience with React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Production experience with Next.js or a comparable modern framework.
• Experience with Storyblok.
• Strong frontend skills including responsive design, accessibility, performance and SEO.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based/serverless architectures.
• Practical experience with ETL, integrations or data pipelines.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git workflows, pull requests and code reviews.
• Exposure to AI-assisted software development or a strong interest in adopting AI engineering tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed, cross-functional and international teams.
• Comfortable taking ownership and working independently.
