Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Full Stack Engineer who can build scalable applications, integrations, and automation solutions from the ground up. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern front-end and back-end technologies, cloud platforms, and API integrations. Candidates who leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate software delivery and improve productivity will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications and internal platforms.
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.
• Develop robust back-end services, APIs, and microservices.
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise applications and SaaS platforms.
• Develop event-driven workflows, webhooks, and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.

Experience & Skills

• 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in Java,JavaScript/TypeScript.Micro service Architecture,
• Strong experience with React.js or Next.js .
• Solid backend development experience using Node.js or Python .
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Webhooks , API integrations, and Event-Driven Architectures.
• Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB , or similar.
• Experience in deploying and managing applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
• Strong understanding of software design principles, coding standards, and best practices.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.

AI-Native Development (Preferred)

• Experience using AI coding assistants such as:
• GitHub Copilot
• Claude
• Cursor
• Codex
• Similar AI-powered development tools
• Exposure to AI Agents, Workflow Automation, and Generative AI applications.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-driven development workflows.

• Experience building and deploying production-grade applications.

• Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Software Engineering
• Electronics & Communication
• Or a related technical discipline

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with AI Agents and Automation Platforms.
• Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to SaaS integrations such as Salesforce, SAP, Keka, Zoho, or similar enterprise platforms.
