Full Stack Engineer

Role: Full Stack Developer with AI

Location: Washington or Texas (Hybrid)

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have

• Strong Front-end development experience, with expertise in React as the preferred front-end framework
• Hands-on experience implementing end-to-end product features, including user interfaces, backend services, APIs, business logic, and data persistence
• Working knowledge of Python and/or .NET for backend services, APIs, and application logic
• Experience with Agentic AI solutions, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or similar technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and modern DevOps practices
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure ecosystem (Managed Identity, Azure security concepts, integrations)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments

Good to Have

• Familiarity with data platforms and technologies, including Microsoft Fabric, and relational or NoSQL databases such as SQL and Cosmos DB.
• Experience designing data pipelines and application integration workflows
• Understanding of AI-first application patterns and cloud-native architectures
• Familiarity with system design principles and end-to-end application architecture
• Awareness of modern application security, authentication and authorization practices

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is 115K to 125K per annum. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
