THE MISSION

WinIt is the legaltech shield for the everyday driver. With over 2 million users and a platform that has been used to fight over 1 million violations, we are now entering a phase of aggressive national expansion. Every new market means more tickets, more payments and more messages moving through code you own.

We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build the product end to end, from the services and pipelines underneath to the screens our users touch. You'll work directly with the founders, ship to production every week, and own what happens when it breaks.

THE VIBE

We're a small team, so scope is broad. One week you're building a backend service; the next it's a new user-facing flow, a payment integration or a production fire. You'll touch everything. What you ship today is in users' hands tomorrow.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

▲ Pipelines & Services: Build and run the background services, pipelines and APIs that move every ticket through our system.

■ Payments & Messaging: Ship Stripe and Twilio flows where a bug costs a real person real money.

★ Frontend & Product: Build the Next.js and React screens users touch, talk to the people using them, and see the result in production the same week.

↺ On-Call: Get paged, find the root cause, make sure it never happens again. That's just Tuesday.

• 3+ years shipping production code across the stack. TypeScript, Node and React ideal. Fluent English.
