Our client, one of the world's largest and most influential investors, is seeking an experienced Full Stack C# Developer with strong Blazor expertise to join its technology team.

This is a genuine front to back role. You'll own solutions across the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through build, testing and deployment, delivering platforms that support talent and rewards decisions across the organisation.

What you'll do

• Design and build full stack applications using Blazor, C# and .NET within Azure
• Shape the architecture of scalable, secure and efficient systems
• Own delivery end to end across the full SDLC
• Build APIs and integrate internal and external systems
• Ensure performance, security and reliability in production
• Contribute to code reviews and maintain technical documentation

What you'll bring

• Strong commercial experience building applications with Blazor
• Deep expertise in C# and .NET
• Solid software architecture and system design skills
• Proven track record delivering front to back across the full SDLC
• Hands on experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions and Azure DevOps
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and third party integrations
• SQL and NoSQL database design experience
• Experience with Modern Agentic Development
• Excellent communication skills and experience in agile teams
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
• HR technology or analytics experience is a plus
