Full Stack Engineer

We are partnering with an ambitious tech scale-up building a SaaS platform for enterprise customers. With a strong engineering culture, complex technical challenges and significant growth ahead, the company offers an environment where engineers can genuinely influence how products are built.

The company is entering an exciting phase. Existing systems are being modernised, new product capabilities are being developed, and the engineering team is rethinking how software is built.

They're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with a strong frontend focus , someone who combines deep React and TypeScript expertise with solid backend development skills in .NET.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of the frontend, contribute across the stack and help shape the next generation of a growing software platform.

What you will do

• Build and improve full-stack features using React, TypeScript and C#/.NET, with a strong frontend focus.
• Modernise an existing UI, improving usability, performance and maintainability.
• Contribute to frontend architecture, component design and engineering standards.
• Develop new product features and help bring existing products together into a more consistent user experience.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers and product stakeholders to translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces.
• Explore AI-assisted and agentic development workflows, from implementation to code review.

What we're looking for

• Strong professional experience with React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with C#/.NET and the ability to contribute to backend development.
• Experience building and maintaining complex, production-grade web applications.
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance and scalable component design.
• A product-minded engineer who cares about usability as much as technical quality.
• Someone who takes ownership, challenges existing approaches and enjoys sharing knowledge.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and how it's changing software development.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment is a plus.

The platform has evolved rapidly, and there's now an opportunity to rethink existing interfaces, improve frontend architecture and create a more intuitive experience for enterprise users.

At the same time, the company is developing new product capabilities, bringing existing products together and moving towards smaller, more autonomous engineering teams.

Another exciting development is the shift towards agentic software engineering. The team is exploring how AI can move beyond a coding assistant and become an integral part of implementation and code review.
