The Role We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who has built and scaled systems from zero to millions of users. You'll own the entire technical stack from architecting robust backends and designing intuitive frontends to setting up infrastructure, monitoring, and deployment pipelines. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work directly with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent tutoring systems, simulation labs, and real-time learning analytics into a seamless product experience.

What You'll Do

• Architect and build the platform end-to-end — backend services, APIs, frontend interfaces, and data pipelines
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems that can handle high concurrency and real-time interactions
• Set up and own the entire infrastructure — CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud deployment (AWS/GCP)
• Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack or similar)
• Build and optimize APIs that connect LLM responses, simulation outputs, and learner analytics in real-time
• Develop responsive, high-performance UIs using React/Next.js for learning dashboards, AI chat, and simulation interfaces
• Own system reliability — ensure high uptime, low latency, and seamless performance under load
• Integrate AI/ML models into the product, optimizing for latency and ensuring natural, immediate interactions
• Define and implement security best practices across the stack
• Lead technical decision making, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering standards as we scale the team

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with proven track record of building systems from scratch
• Strong backend expertise in any modern language (Python, Node.js, Go, Java, etc.) — you've designed and scaled production services
• Solid frontend skills with React/Next.js or equivalent modern frameworks
• Deep experience with scaling systems — you've handled high traffic, optimized databases, and debugged production issues at scale
• Infrastructure & DevOps proficiency — hands on with AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or similar
• Monitoring & observability mindset — you've set up and used tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK
• Database expertise — strong with SQL and NoSQL databases, query optimization, and data modeling
• Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, event-driven architectures, message queues)
• Familiarity with AI/ML integrations or building data-intensive, LLM-powered features
• High ownership mindset — you take end-to-end responsibility, move fast, and thrive in ambiguity

Nice to Have

• Experience building B2C products at scale (100K+ users)
• Previous EdTech, consumer tech, or AI-product experience
• Contributions to system design, architecture documentation, or open-source projects
• Experience with performance profiling and optimization at the application and infrastructure level
• Familiarity with security practices — authentication, authorization, data encryption
