Job Description Role Overview We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer / Tech Lead to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications . You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and drive technical excellence across the software development lifecycle. This role combines backend expertise, cloud/DevOps skills, and modern AI-driven development practices to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities Software Development

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

Entity Framework Expertise

• Develop data models and interact with databases using Entity Framework and other ORM tools.
• Implement migrations, manage relationships, and ensure efficient data access layers.

Database Management

• Design and optimize complex queries, stored procedures, and database structures using SQL Server.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance tuning of databases.
• Front-End Technologies Any UI Framework exposure should be fine, preferably Angular

System Design And Architecture

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in architectural reviews and provide recommendations for technology and system improvements.

Collaboration And Mentorship

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and UI/UX designers.
• Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Testing And Debugging

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure code quality.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the .NET ecosystem.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve development workflows and product performance.
• Utilizing AI tools in the SDLC to accelerate typical engineering activities through LLMs.

Good To Have

• Exposure to Azure or other cloud ecosystems
• Experience with containerized development (Docker/Kubernetes)
• CI/CD experience using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins
• Exposure to monitoring/observability tools such as New Relic/Google Analytics.
