As a Full Stack Java Developer at OBSS, you will work on diverse, large-scale projects to design, build, and maintain innovative software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop RESTful APIs, modern web interfaces, create scalable architectures, and ensure high coding standards that support mission-critical banking systems.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, compliant, and scalable banking-related full-stack software solutions for international projects.
• Implement robust database logic using Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Forms alongside core back-end Java applications.
• Develop, maintain, and modernize responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks like React and enterprise web frameworks like JSF.
• Design workflow applications and process-driven back-end solutions using BPM tools, specifically IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow).
• Integrate front-end interfaces with back-end web services, databases, and core banking systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Apply advanced design patterns, microservices, and component-based front-end architecture to ensure high scalability, security, and performance.
• Create standard-compliant, secure code across the full technology stack and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional international teams to deliver end-to-end digital banking applications.

Qualifications / Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 9 years of end-to-end full-stack software development experience, preferably within the banking sector (experience in banking transformation projects is a strong plus).
• Mandatory hands-on experience and deep expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Forms.
• Proven experience in front-end development using React and JSF (JavaServer Faces), with a strong command of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Web APIs.
• Solid background in back-end development using Java, Spring Framework (MVC, Boot, Data), JPA, Hibernate, and relational databases (Oracle DB, MSSQL, PostgreSQL).
• Practical experience in workflow design and process-based development using BPM tools, specifically IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow).
• Strong command of enterprise management and version control tools (Git, Jira, TFS, ClearCase, etc.).
• Familiarity with containerization and cloud environments such as Docker and AWS.
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) for active participation in international project environments.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, research mindset, and problem-solving capabilities in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.
• Ability to approach AI with curiosity and intention, actively incorporating AI-powered tools into workflows to enhance productivity and drive innovation.
