Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Full Stack/Backend Engineer with strong experience in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and data-driven applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, React.js and production debugging .

You will work closely with product, frontend, and data teams to design reliable backend services, optimize database performance, build data pipelines, and troubleshoot issues across applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI .
• Write component based frontend apps using React.js.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and backend integrations.
• Design efficient database schemas and write optimized queries in PostgreSQL .
• Integrate backend applications with databases, third-party services, and data platforms.
• Perform debugging, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization .
• Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on architecture and technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and follow backend development best practices

Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python .
• Proficiency in React.js
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar Python web frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL , SQL, database design, indexing, and query optimization.
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs .
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to diagnose application, database, API, and data-related production issues.
• Understanding of backend architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Git and version-control workflows .
• Experience with Langgraph, langfuse, evals is a plus

Good to Have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP .
• Knowledge of Docker and containerized applications .
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with application monitoring and logging tools.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and distributed systems.
