Full-Stack Engineer

Role: Leads advanced full-stack engineering efforts to deliver complex, scalable, and reliable end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities: Analyzes application requirements, designs architectures, and communicates technical options to stakeholders. Guides engineering teams, drives process improvements through automation and standards, and mentors engineers to build team capability. Monitors application performance, risks, and integration health to ensure successful delivery across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred), with 6+ years of experience in software or systems engineering. Certifications in cloud platforms, systems architecture, Agile, or DevOps are advantageous. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential.

Key Duties: Develops and maintains technical standards, supports cross-team collaboration, and ensures alignment with domain priorities. Focuses on continuous process improvement, technical guidance, and early issue detection to sustain project progress.
