Full Stack Engineer

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or PR only.
• Middle Level : Min. 3 years of professional software engineering experience , including substantial ownership of production full-stack systems.
• Senior Level: Min. 5 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong production experience with Golang, React and TypeScript , including component architecture, hooks, state management, forms, testing and frontend performance.
• Strong backend development experience in at least one modern language and framework, with evidence of designing and operating APIs and services in production.
• Solid system-design fundamentals: service boundaries, scalability, reliability, consistency caching, concurrency, failure modes and pragmatic trade-offs.
• Experience with asynchronous processing, messaging or event streaming, including retry, ordering, duplicate handling and operational monitoring.
• Cloud-native delivery experience on Azure or an equivalent platform, including containers, CI/CD, configuration and secrets management, observability and production troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated testing discipline across unit, integration, contract and end-to-end levels, with sensible use of test automation rather than reliance on manual verification.
• Strong written and verbal communication. Able to explain technical decisions, risks and trade-offs clearly to engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in using AI-assisted SDLC and software delivery practices.
• Ability to review AI-generated outputs and ensure they meet security, performance, reliability and maintainability requirements.

What you will be working on

• End-to-end delivery: Turn business and operational needs into well-designed, testable and supportable product features across frontend, backend and data layers.
• Frontend engineering: Build clear, responsive and accessible interfaces using React with TypeScript using component design, state management, error handling and performance optimization.
• Backend and API engineering: Design secure, observable and resilient services and APIs, including validation, authorization, idempotency, failure handling and versioning.
• Data and integration: Model data and implement integrations for relational and event-driven workloads.
• Production ownership: Participate in design reviews, code reviews, testing, release readiness, incident diagnosis, root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
• Engineering leadership: Break down complex work, challenge weak assumptions, improve team practices and coach engineers through practical examples and reviews.
• Security and compliance: Apply secure-by-design practices for sensitive and operational data, including least privilege, secrets handling, auditability, data residency and security review requirements.
• Cross-team delivery: Work directly with product owners, planners, OT teams, infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendors and business users to resolve constraints and deliver sustainable outcomes.
• Agentic AI development: Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, agentic coding assistants and AI-powered developer platforms) to accelerate software delivery while maintaining engineering quality.
