Full Stack Engineer

Looking for a Full Stack Developer who will “Own the design-to-launch delivery of high-performing websites and digital experiences, with deep expertise in frontend engineering and Webflow”.

Frontend Development & User Experience

• Translate Figma / Adobe XD designs into polished, responsive, accessible websites and interactive interfaces.
• Develop clean, reusable code using semantic HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript; use React.js, Vue.js or similar frameworks when appropriate.
• Deliver consistent performance across devices and browsers, with strong attention to UI detail, interactions and animation.

Webflow Development & CMS

• Lead end-to-end Webflow projects: site architecture, Designer builds, reusable components, responsive layouts, CMS collections, templates and publishing.
• Implement advanced Webflow interactions, custom code, dynamic content, forms and CMS-driven pages; optimize site structure for maintainability and handover.
• Work confidently with Webflow APIs, CMS data, automation tools and platform limitations to implement scalable business requirements.

API Integrations & Technical Delivery

• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints (where applicable), webhooks and third-party services with Webflow and custom frontend applications.
• Build and troubleshoot integrations involving CRM, marketing, analytics, lead capture, payment or workflow systems; handle data mapping, validation, error states and monitoring.
• Implement secure authentication patterns such as OAuth 2.0, API tokens and JWT where relevant; coordinate server-side or middleware work to protect credentials.
• Develop lightweight backend services or serverless functions using Node.js / Express or similar technologies when required for integration and data-processing needs.

Quality, Optimization & Collaboration

• Optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, assets, technical SEO, metadata and accessibility in line with WCAG standards.
• Test, debug and maintain websites and integrations; use Git, code reviews and structured deployment / CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, backend and project management teams; contribute to Agile planning, estimates, documentation and technical recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 4–6+ years of professional frontend / web development experience, including substantial hands-on delivery of Webflow websites and CMS-driven projects.
• Advanced practical knowledge of Webflow Designer, CMS, components, interactions, custom code and production publishing is essential.
• Proven experience connecting web frontends to third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks and integration / automation workflows is essential.
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals and experience with at least one modern frontend framework.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience is welcome.

CORE SKILLS

• Webflow (advanced), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / TypeScript, responsive design, React.js / Vue.js, REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, OAuth, Git, performance optimization, technical SEO, WCAG, browser debugging and deployment workflows.
• Added advantage: Node.js / Express, serverless functions, GraphQL, MySQL / PostgreSQL, WordPress / PHP, automation platforms (e.g., Make or Zapier), and CRM / payment integrations.
• Excellent English communication required; additional languages are an advantage.
