Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Golang and React.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with complex codebases, RESTful APIs, databases, cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and modern frontend development using React.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop RESTful API endpoints with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Develop dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using React.js.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers to deliver robust full-stack solutions.
• Design data models and database schemas.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Build, manage, and maintain CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
• Own application deployment and contribute to automation and release processes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation covering application design, configuration, and maintenance.
• Provide accurate estimates and timelines for assigned development tasks.
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotations and respond to production incidents/emergencies.
• Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and engineering teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience working with medium/large and complex codebases.
• Proven experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong experience with Golang (Go) as the primary programming language.
• Experience with Java or Python is an added advantage.
• Strong experience designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Hands-on DevOps experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
• Strong understanding of clean code, maintainable architecture, and software documentation.
• In-depth experience with database management.
• Experience with AWS/cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of React.js best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with automated deployment and infrastructure tools such as:
• Terraform
• Ansible
• Jenkins
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or SAFe.
