Full Stack Engineer (Java and Python)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Full Stack Developer using Java and Python is required
• Extensive experience in SQL Fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code (Skills, Agents, Hooks, MCP) and Context Engineering
• Hands-on experience Node.js/Nest.js focusing on concurrency, memory management, and performance is a plus
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC, Kafka, and REST/GraphQL API design (versioning, compatibility)
• Strong testing culture (unit, integration, contract tests)
• Skilled in Agile/Scrum and Git workflows; mentoring or pod leadership preferred
• Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or Google GenAI, plus exposure to multi-agent architectures
• Amenable to work onsite in Taguig City.
