Full Stack Engineer - JavaScript

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Engineer – JavaScript. The engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications across the front end and back end, ensuring scalable, secure, and performant solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, building and integrating APIs, working with databases, and collaborating with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications. The role also involves writing clean, testable code, reviewing peer code, participating in architecture discussions, and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices and tooling.

Qualifications

• Strong front-end development skills, including JavaScript frameworks, HTML, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Proficiency in back-end web development, including server-side programming, APIs, and database integration.
• Experience in full-stack development and end-to-end software development, from design to deployment.
• Knowledge of modern development practices such as version control (Git), automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and debug complex issues in distributed systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional, remote teams.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
