What they need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, RESTful APIs, SQL databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL).
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS) and Alibaba Cloud (ECS, ACK, OSS, RDS).
Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
Insurance and Financial Services industry.
Digital Sales / ePOS platforms.
New Business processing.
Policy Administration.
Underwriting.
Product Configuration.
Claims systems.
Microservices and event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
