Full Stack Engineer / Lead (Digital Insurance ePOS Platform)

• Design, develop, enhance, and support the digital Insurance ePOS (Electronic Point of Sale) platform.
• Deliver customer-facing applications, backend services, and integrations with insurance core systems while leveraging cloud technologies across AWS and Alibaba Cloud environments.
• Design, develop, and maintain ePOS applications using React and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive web applications for agents, brokers, and customers.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Integrate with insurance core systems, underwriting systems, policy administration systems, payment gateways, and third-party services.
• Deploy and support applications on AWS and Alibaba Cloud.
• Participate in architecture design, code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Collaborate with BAs, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders in Agile delivery.
• Ensure security, scalability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, RESTful APIs, SQL databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS) and Alibaba Cloud (ECS, ACK, OSS, RDS).
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
