The Tech & Work:

• Own the product end-to-end, spanning the TypeScript interface and Python backend services

• Architect and scale the tool layer over core operational models

• Build seamless workflow creation and execution directly from chat interfaces

• Implement structured data access, frontline communication channels, and exception handling

• Develop evaluation harnesses to ensure agent accuracy and prevent regressions

Hard Filters:

✅ 3+ years of professional experience shipping production full-stack software

✅ Exceptional proficiency in TypeScript (frontend) and Python (backend)

✅ Proven track record of deploying LLM-powered products past the demo stage (tool use & structured outputs)

✅ Based in London (on-site model) with valid UK work authorization
