REQUIREMENTS

Role overview

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to work on a contractual basis. The role involves building and maintaining web applications using PHP, ReactJS, AWS, and MySQL, while also performing DevOps-related operational tasks to ensure smooth deployment and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development

o Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and ReactJS.

o Design and implement RESTful APIs for frontend-backend integration.

o Manage and optimise MySQL databases.

o Ensure application security and performance optimisation.

o Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.

• DevOps & Operational Tasks

o Configure and manage AWS infrastructure (Elastic beanstalk, S3, RDS, CloudFront).

o Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

o Monitor application performance and server health using AWS tools.

o Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability.

• Support & Maintenance

o Handle support tickets related to requests and incidents for the assigned product.

o Provide timely resolution for operational issues and escalate when necessary. o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.

Soft skills and delivery skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with business stakeholders, architects, UX/UI teams, and vendors
• Technical estimation and solution design capability
• Code review and technical leadership
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Problem-solving mindset

Required Skills

• At least 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong experience in PHP (Symfony).
• Proficiency in ReactJS and modern JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of MySQL and relational database design.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (Elastic Beanstalk, S3, RDS).
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Familiarity with serverless architecture (AWS Lambda).
• Exposure to monitoring tools (CloudWatch, New Relic).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding and knowledge of using AI technology.

Work Environment

• Vendor should have office and can do the following:

o Resource support (technical assistance, troubleshooting).

o Device provisioning and other operational requirements.

• Hybrid setup is required some days they work in contractor’s office and work from home setup.
