Senior Fullstack Engineer, Healthcare RCM | New York City

$190K-$240K base + stock options

Our VC backed healthcare client is hiring two senior fullstack TypeScript engineers to form a small, high-ownership pod that owns revenue cycle workflows for their clinics, from eligibility and pre-visit clearance through claims and payment.

The work: automating complex business workflows. You’ll turn messy billing operations into reliable, auditable systems, build internal tools for clinical and ops teams, and build vendor integrations that cut down how many systems people have to touch.

Stack: TypeScript, Vue or React, Node/Express, MongoDB, Temporal, Databricks and ClickHouse

You have:

• 5+ years shipping production web apps as a senior IC who owned features end to end
• Strong TypeScript on frontend and backend
• Vue or React, plus Node/Express
• MongoDB at scale (schema design, indexing, query cost)
• Experience building stateful, auditable workflows (state machines, rules engines, reconciliation)
• Startup or growth-stage experience, with high agency and a bias to action

Bonus: healthcare RCM, health tech or fintech/payments experience
