Full-Stack Engineer (Remote/WFH)

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust web applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features, improving our platform's functionality and user experience.

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you should be comfortable working with both front-end and back-end technologies, handling databases, and integrating cloud services. You will have the opportunity to contribute to architectural decisions, optimize code for efficiency, and stay up to date with the latest industry trends. This role involves working on both our in-house systems and customer system development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Define requirements and design system architecture for new features.
• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and technical issues.
• Optimize database queries and manage relational databases.
• Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments such as AWS.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Work on both in-house systems and customer system development projects.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Proficiency in React, NodeJS, PHP, Python, and JavaScript.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL or similar RDBMS).
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development.
• Experience working with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in requirement definition and system design.
• Experience in developing and maintaining both in-house and customer systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Exposure to containerization tools like Docker.
• Understanding of security best practices in web development.
