Full-Stack Engineer — SaaS, Websites, AI & Local SEO / Google Maps

I'm a U.S. business owner looking for one really good technical person in Panama to work directly with me and help build something from the beginning.

I own Layton's Garage, a South Florida repair shop operating since 1952, and Graveyard Classics, our classic car restoration business. I'm now building OsEzy.com, a SaaS platform based on problems I've experienced firsthand running my small businesses.

We're small, competing against companies with more people and more money.

I like that.

I'm looking for someone smart, resourceful, hungry to learn, and willing to say, "We don't know yet. Let's figure it out."

What You'll Work On

• Full-stack SaaS development
• Frontend, backend, databases & APIs
• AI tools including Claude, Codex and ChatGPT
• Websites, performance & conversion
• SEO and local SEO
• Google Business Profile & Google Maps rankings
• Analytics, automation and experimentation

You don't have to be an SEO expert. Strong engineering comes first. If you're willing to learn SEO and Google Maps with me, that's valuable too.

Why Panama?

I'm seriously considering establishing part of OsEzy's future technology operation in Panama.

I'd rather find the right person now, build trust and grow together than show up years from now looking for employees.

Maybe you're engineer #1 today and eventually help me build and lead the team there.

No promises — just real potential if we build this successfully.
