Full Stack Engineer (Software Developer)

🚀 What you'll be doing:

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using frontend and backend technologies.
• Develop intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces aligned with the company’s digital experience standards.
• Design, develop, and integrate secure, scalable, and efficient APIs to enable seamless integration between platforms and digital services.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps teams, and other technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability across development, testing, and production environments.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in software architecture, development processes, and engineering best practices.
• Support process automation initiatives and explore new technologies to improve operational efficiency and deliver business value.

🌟 You’re a match

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Developer.
• Mandatory technical knowledge: .NET, HTML, and C#.
• Must-have experience: Designing, developing, and integrating APIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (mandatory).
• English proficiency at a minimum B1–B2 level, with the ability to communicate effectively and write professional emails in English.
• Additional technical knowledge in Python, Java, React, Angular, Microsoft Azure, AWS, microservices, relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server or equivalent), version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps), and process automation platforms (UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, or Power Apps) is considered a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
