Mediabound is looking for a Full Stack Engineer / Software Engineer to help build the technology powering the next generation of inbound tourism in Japan.

What You'll Do

You'll work across the full development lifecycle, from understanding business requirements to building, testing, launching, and improving products.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Developing and maintaining web applications
• Building frontend and backend functionality
• Designing and developing APIs
• Working with databases and data systems
• Integrating third-party services and APIs
• Improving application performance and reliability
• Building internal tools and business systems
• Developing customer-facing products
• Supporting booking and reservation-related systems
• Automating repetitive business processes
• Debugging and resolving technical issues
• Writing clean, maintainable code
• Testing and deploying new features
• Improving existing applications
• Working with product, operations, marketing, and business teams
• Translating business needs into technical solutions
• Participating in technical planning and architecture decisions

You'll have the opportunity to work on both customer-facing products and internal technology.
