About the Role

The Full-Stack Software Engineer will contribute to an AI training project by working across front-end and back-end applications, developing software features, troubleshooting technical issues, and evaluating AI-generated code. The role requires strong full-stack development knowledge and the ability to understand unfamiliar codebases, assess software quality, and adapt existing implementations across programming languages.

This is a fully remote contractor position with an expected commitment of approximately 15 hours per week and a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and debug front-end and back-end applications.
• Build and maintain software features, APIs, services, and data models.
• Understand, navigate, and work effectively across unfamiliar codebases.
• Troubleshoot application, API, database, and integration issues.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Translate and adapt software implementations between programming languages.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in full-stack software development.
• Proficiency in Python, React, JavaScript, Java, Node.js, Rust, Go, and TypeScript.
• Experience working with APIs, databases, and application architecture.
• Strong debugging and technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand existing codebases and assess software implementations across different programming languages.
