Full-Stack Engineer (Taipei, on-site)

Full-Stack Engineer (Location: Taipei, on-site) We're looking for a developer with strong technical fundamentals and a genuine curiosity about AI. You won't just be writing code: under the guidance of senior team members, you'll gradually take part in technical architecture design and grow into a core engineer who drives team performance. By combining algorithms with AI-augmented development workflows, you'll work closely with the product team to turn business requirements into elegant, scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

• Solid development experience: 3–5 years of full-stack development experience, with the ability to independently build and integrate front-end and back-end features. Basic understanding of system architecture and design patterns, and a willingness to go deeper into performance optimization and security design.
• AI-augmented development: Proficient in using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or LLMs to boost productivity in daily development, and enthusiastic about exploring and sharing new AI-driven development practices.
• Computer science fundamentals: Familiar with common algorithms and data structures; able to understand and analyze time and space complexity, and write code that balances efficiency and maintainability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills: Able to clearly articulate technical ideas and communicate effectively with non-technical colleagues in product and design; willing to share knowledge and give presentations within the team.
• Self-management and learning ability: Good time management and prioritization skills, delivering consistently in a multitasking environment. Proactive learner who welcomes feedback and has clear ambitions for personal growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Product mindset: Interest in digital products and market trends; able to think from the user's perspective and propose technical improvements.
• Growth potential: Aspires to grow toward a senior engineer or technical architect role, and is willing to take on more technical decision-making and team responsibility.
