Full stack Java Developer

We are looking for:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Full Stack Developer who enjoys building reliable, scalable software and working with modern technologies. You should be comfortable working in a distributed engineering environment and collaborating with colleagues across multiple technical disciplines and countries.

What you will do:

• Actively participate in creating the architecture, design and the implementation of new features;
• Continuously add improvements to the existing codebase;
• Write maintainable and well-tested code, including integration and unit tests;
• Participate in writing software documentation;
• Act as a mentor for less-experienced colleagues.

What you need to have:

• Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) principles and tools.
• Experience designing and developing reusable, maintainable software components.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Substantial professional experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Substantial experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web components.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and working with message brokers, such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Good understanding of distributed systems, including the ability to explain concepts such as the CAP theorem, consistency, availability, and partition tolerance.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform, preferably AWS.
• Experience using AI-assisted software engineering tools in day-to-day development.
• Familiarity with deploying and operating AI/LLM workloads.
• Strong experience with Git-based development workflows.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or equivalent automation platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple engineering disciplines.
• A strong focus on software quality, maintainability, testing, reliability, and security.
