Job Description

Monarch Softwares is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our development team as Java Full Stack Developers. Candidates should have a basic understanding of Java programming, frontend development, and database concepts, along with a strong willingness to learn and contribute to real-world software projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java-based technologies.
• Assist in frontend development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Support backend development using Java and Spring Boot.
• Work with databases such as MySQL and write basic SQL queries.
• Assist in integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting application issues.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement project requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable code and follow development standards.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and continuous learning.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot, React, Angular, or REST APIs is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

Eligibility

• Any Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Freshers and eligible recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Academic projects or internships in software development will be an added advantage.
