About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java/React Developer - Data Scientist Senior Associate to join our Consumer and Community Banking Operations team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of software engineering and data science, delivering impactful solutions that enhance our digital banking platforms and operational efficiency. As part of our agile team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that serve millions of customers. Your work will involve building cloud-based microservices, developing user interfaces, and integrating data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to create seamless digital experiences and innovative data solutions.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in software engineering with a minimum of two years of practical experience. Formal training or certifications in software development, particularly in Java, SpringBoot, and React, are essential. Experience working with AWS services such as ECS, S3, Glue, Lambda, and Aurora is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in microservices architecture, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Spinnaker, and familiarity with SQL and Kafka. Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a global, diverse environment are crucial. A demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt, and operate beyond traditional role boundaries will set candidates apart.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions utilizing Java, SpringBoot, Microservices, and React micro frontends.
• Build, deploy, and manage cloud-based applications on AWS, with a focus on ECS deployment strategies.
