Job Title: Senior Technical Specialist / Full Stack Lead

Location: Pleasanton, CA / Coppell, TX

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Specialist / Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, JPA, Hibernate, SQL, and Oracle .

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in application development, production support, incident management, and DevOps , along with the ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate with offshore and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support applications using Java 11/17/21, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs .
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) , and implement permanent resolutions.
• Handle production support during PST hours , including weekday and weekend support as required.
• Build and maintain a Known Error Database (KEDB) and guide offshore teams on incident management.
• Develop minor enhancements and deliver development stories in an Agile/Scrum environment .
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Work with JPA, Hibernate, SQL, and Oracle for backend/database development.
• Support DevOps/CI/CD activities using tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
