About the Role

You'll be joining our 4-person product and tech team scaling our platform to serve hundreds of companies. In this role, you'll be responsible for building the applications that deliver seamless EV management experiences to our customers.

Engineers at Revio are deeply involved in product decisions – you'll help solve complex business problems with elegant technical solutions.

What You’ll Build

You’ll work on Revio’s Fleet Management OS – the platform that lets companies operate and scale their mobility. You’ll own:

• SaaS Core – The platform used by fleet managers: real-time dashboards, vehicle lifecycle management, task & workflow management, documents, and operational tools.

• Partner & API Integrations – Integrations with OEMs, charging networks, import engines, and telematics providers that unify fragmented data into a single experience.

• Driver App – Booking, charging, reporting issues, notifications, and the day-to-day tools for drivers and operators.

• Automation & Workflow Systems – Replace manual fleet processes (maintenance handling, document renewals, ticketing, compliance checks) with automated flows.

The Broader Platform

You’ll build on top of a platform that also powers the data infrastructure behind:

• Predictive maintenance

• CO₂ impact analysis & sustainability scoring

• Risk scoring & incident analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exciting new features that directly impact customer fleet costs, efficiency and Revio’s performance

• Build scalable systems that handle real-time vehicle data and multi-partner integrations

• Architect clean, maintainable codebases (you'll help set our engineering standards)

• Design and implement APIs that power both our web platform and mobile apps

• Research and implement innovative solutions for EV-specific challenges

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years of experience with TypeScript/Node.js applications

• Enjoys building products from scratch and making architectural decisions

• Thrives in early-stage environments with high autonomy and responsibility

• Cares about code quality but pragmatically ships features that matter

• Is curious about the sustainability challenges

Bonus points for:

• Experience with K8S

• Experience with mobile and/or cross platform

• Interest in EVs or automotive technology

• Previous startup experience

• Background in B2B SaaS platforms
