We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, React, and AWS. The ideal candidate will lead development activities, design scalable architectures, and guide a team of developers while remaining hands-on with coding and solution design.Skills & Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks
• Experience in REST APIs, microservices, authentication, and integration patterns
• Advanced proficiency in React.js, Redux, Hooks, and modern UI practices
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript (optional), HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with AWS services suchs as EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS/DynamoDB, CloudWatch, ECS/EKS
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CodePipeline)
• Good understanding of cloud security and best practices
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder-management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Lead end-to-end development of scalable web applications using Node.js and React
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS
• Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless components
• Ensure code quality through reviews and engineering best practices
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
• Participate in sprint planning, architecture discussions, and solution design
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack
