We're a video production agency for tech companies, growing 20% month-over-month and we need a full-stack marketer to help us become a truly world-class brand and a scaled marketing engine. You'll own lead gen, content and branding.
Foremost, we are looking for really smart people who can solve difficult problems and "figure things out."

THE ROLE

Content - Create content that supports lead gen on socials and YouTube.

Scale - Identify and manage contractors/agencies as we grow specific channels

Brand building - The best leads are inbound. Our goal goal is to make people feel super thrilled to schedule a call with us and give us their money :)

SEO / AEO - Be on the buyers' short lists from day 0.

Outbound campaigns - Scale our cold email and LinkedIn outreach that generates qualified leads

WHAT WE DO (AND WHY YOU SHOULD CARE)
Represent Studio is a video production agency for B2B SaaS and tech startups. We make launch videos, product demos, and YouTube content for companies like Lindy AI, Factory and dozens of Y Combinator startups.
We've produced videos with 50M+ combined views, and scaled startups from seed-stage to billion-dollar valuations.
Our mission is to become unavoidable. If someone has a software company and ever think about making a video, we want to be everywhere they look.
WHY OUR CLIENTS MATTER FOR YOU:
Our clients are tech founders. They're some of the smartest, most demanding buyers on the planet. They're allergic to BS and can smell lazy marketing a mile away.
If you learn how to market to them, you'll be able to market to anyone. This role will be your MBA in B2B marketing.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
MUST-HAVES

Strong copywriting skills - This is the most important. You need to write copy that converts.

Cold outreach experience - You've run outbound campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn) before.

B2B / tech product experience - You've worked with SaaS or startups. You understand the tech founder mindset.

Generalist by nature - You're comfortable doing ads, content, outreach, and everything in between.

Self-starter - You take ownership and run with projects. You don't wait for permission.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
NOT A FIT

Pure specialists - You only want to do one thing. This role requires range.

Need hand-holding - You require constant direction or detailed briefs for every task.

Can't write - Weak copywriting is a dealbreaker. Writing is thinking. And doing it purely with AI won't give you a MOAT.

Execution-only - You can only follow someone-elses playbooks and can't think strategically.

Corporate mindset - You've only worked in structured environments with big budgets. You'll struggle here.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
WHY THIS ROLE WILL CHANGE YOUR CAREER
You'll work directly with Renat Gabitov (linkedin.com/in/gabitov) - a marketer who:

Scaled Bardeen AI from 0 to 200,000+ users as the founding marketing hire

Won Product of the Month on Product Hunt

Built audiences of millions across multiple brands

Now runs a profitable agency serving top-tier tech companies
