Full Stack / MERN Stack Developer

We are seeking an adaptable Full-Stack MERN Developer proficient in Next.js who actively leverages AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery.

In this role, you will design, build, and optimize scalable web applications across the entire stack—from database architecture to high-performance user interfaces. Beyond writing traditional code, you will integrate modern AI capabilities (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and LLM APIs) directly into your day-to-day workflow to boost efficiency, automate boilerplate, and implement intelligent features.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development

• Build responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js (App Router, Server Components).
• Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and client-side state management.
• Collaborate with designers to translate Figma designs into modular, clean TypeScript/React components.

Backend & Database Architecture

• Design, build, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Manage and optimize MongoDB databases, schemas, queries, and indexing strategies.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization (JWT, OAuth), and API data validation.

AI Integration & Workflow Automation

• Utilize AI pair-programming tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude/ChatGPT APIs) to write, refactor, and test code efficiently.
• Build end-user AI integrations (e.g., LLM prompts, RAG pipelines, OpenAI/Anthropic API connections) into existing and new applications.
• Use AI tools for code reviews, automated unit test generation, and debugging.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core Stack: 3-5 years of professional experience with M*ongoDB, Express.js, React, and N*ode.js.
• Next.js Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Next.js (App Router, Server Actions, API routes).
• Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• AI Tool Fluency: Demonstrated habit of using AI coding assistants (Cursor, Copilot, Supermaven, v0.dev) to increase engineering velocity.
• API & Database Management: Solid understanding of MongoDB aggregation frameworks, ORMs/ODMs (Mongoose, Prisma), and API architecture.
• Version Control & Deployment: Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and hosting platforms (Vercel, AWS, Render).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) or vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant).
• Understanding of modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI).
• Familiarity with microservices, serverless functions, and containerization (Docker).
