Full Stack .NET Developer (AI experience)

• Full-time Position

• Setup: Remote Setup

• Schedule: Mid/Night Shift

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.

• Develop and maintain backend, frontend, and database components across existing applications.

• Understand application architecture, system integrations, authentication, and data flows.

• Leverage AI coding assistants and agentic tools for development, debugging, testing, and problem-solving.

• Validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.

• Investigate issues, identify root causes, assess risks, and recommend improvements.

• Own delivery end-to-end, from requirements clarification and development to testing and production release.

• Communicate technical decisions, progress, and blockers clearly to stakeholders.-

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, and REST APIs.
• Solid SQL and relational database skills; PostgreSQL preferred.
• Experience with React and modern frontend development.
• Understanding of application architecture, integrations, authentication, and data flows.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Familiarity with Azure or similar cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and agentic development tools.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and testing skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to collaborate with a US-based team.
• Availability to work with some overlap with US Eastern Time (ET) hours.
