Full Stack .Net(React) Developer Team Lead

We are looking for a high-potential Full Stack Engineer to grow into a Technical Co-Lead for a large and expanding enterprise account. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, team coordination, engineering governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication. You will partner with the Delivery Manager to drive high-quality execution while mentoring engineers and scaling engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and .NET.
• Build secure REST APIs using ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core.
• Develop and deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Act as the technical anchor across one or more Scrum teams.
• Guide developers through code reviews, design discussions and mentoring.
• Drive engineering excellence including CI/CD, code quality, SonarQube and unit testing.
• Identify technical, delivery and dependency risks and drive mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and support sprint planning and estimation.
• Participate in customer meetings, technical workshops and sprint demos.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent the engineering team in customer discussions, demos, and technical workshops.
• Partner with the Delivery Manager to improve delivery predictability, engineering rigor, and customer satisfaction.
• Grow into a technical leadership role with increasing ownership of delivery and people leadership.
