About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Node.js & React Developer to join our technology team and build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, databases, and cloud technologies. Experience working on FinTech, Banking, Payments, Digital Wallets, Lending, or Financial Services applications will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Build reusable, responsive, and high-performance UI components using React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Develop secure and scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express.js/NestJS.
• Design and optimize databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, banking APIs, KYC/AML services, and other financial services.
• Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth 2.0, RBAC, etc.
• Work on secure handling of sensitive financial and customer data.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and production-ready code.
• Collaborate with QA, product managers, UI/UX designers, DevOps, and other engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, architecture decisions, and sprint planning.
• Develop unit and integration tests and ensure high code quality.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments such as AWS/Azure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a cross-functional team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are particularly interested in candidates who have:

4+ years Full Stack Development + Strong Node.js & React + TypeScript + API development + Database expertise + FinTech/Banking/Payments experience.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
