This is not a position where you will spend your days building isolated websites or working on repetitive projects. You will contribute to a complete, constantly evolving ERP ecosystem , working across a wide variety of features, business processes, and technical challenges.

From booking engines and point-of-sale systems to customer management, staff scheduling, operational tools, and third-party integrations, there is always something interesting to build, improve, or rethink.

What You'll Do

As part of our development team, you will:

• Build and evolve our ERP platform , developing new features and improving existing modules across a broad functional ecosystem.
• Work across the full stack , from user interfaces and front-end interactions to PHP business logic, SQL databases, and integrations.
• Solve meaningful technical challenges , translating real business requirements into reliable, efficient, and intuitive solutions.
• Improve the user experience , making complex business operations simpler and more enjoyable for our customers.
• Maintain and optimize existing features , ensuring performance, reliability, security, and code quality.
• Investigate and resolve issues , understanding their root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with the team , sharing ideas, reviewing approaches, and continuously improving how we build software.
• Take ownership of your work , from understanding a requirement to delivering a reliable solution in production.

Our platform is built around PHP, SQL, JavaScript, and our own in-house framework , developed and continuously improved over the years.

Our core technologies include:

• Back-end: PHP, SQL (MariaDB/MySQL)
• Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
• Architecture: Proprietary PHP framework, APIs, and third-party integrations
• Environment: Linux-based web infrastructure

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 year of professional experience in software development.
• Practical experience with PHP, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS .
• A good understanding of web application architecture and how front-end and back-end components interact.
• The ability to understand existing code, troubleshoot problems, and implement maintainable solutions.
• Attention to detail, with a genuine concern for software quality and user experience.
• The willingness to work across different areas of a complex application rather than specializing in a single narrow domain.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently while remaining a reliable member of a team.

Experience with ERP systems, business applications, APIs, or complex software platforms is a plus, but not mandatory.
