Full-Stack Senior Developer (Subsidiary Company)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer who can take full ownership of web application projects from inception to deployment. Your core strength must be solid, high-quality coding and architecture, and you also possess a strong business sense. You are capable of gathering requirements, creating preliminary mockups or layouts, leading UAT, and evaluating the ROI of technical features to ensure the product perfectly aligns with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain robust web applications using modern tech stacks (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Vue.js, Node.js, Python, or Go)
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and users to collect, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
• Create wireframes, layouts, and preliminary mockups to visualize concepts and align expectations before diving into heavy development
• Lead and manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and ensure the software functions exactly as required, is highly performant, and is bug-free before production release
• Evaluate the technical effort required versus the business value (ROI) to help the team prioritize features and make cost-effective technical decisions
• Handle the entire software development lifecycle independently—from designing frontend user interfaces to building scalable backend APIs (RESTful/JSON/GraphQL) and database structures

About you

• 5+ years of proven experience in Full-Stack Development, Software Engineering, or related roles
• Highly proficient in modern programming languages and web frameworks, comfortable with both Frontend (e.g., React.js, Vue.js, Tailwind) and Backend (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, Java) technologies
• Deep understanding of data exchange formats (especially JSON), API design, and Database management (SQL & NoSQL)
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and hands-on experience with prototyping/mockup tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, or similar)
• Strong business mindset; you understand how your code impacts the company's bottom line
• Self-starter, highly responsible, and capable of working independently to deliver complete, ready-to-use solutions
