Job summary

We are hiring an experienced Full-Stack Software Developer for a fully remote role. You will develop, maintain and enhance web-based systems and applications, build new features, integrate APIs, resolve technical issues and improve performance. Must be able to work independently, communicate effectively and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and enhance web applications and software systems.
• Build and improve frontend and backend functionality.
• Troubleshoot bugs, investigate system errors and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Implement and maintain payment gateways, subscription billing and CRM integrations.
• Develop and improve AI-powered application features.
• Design, manage and optimise databases.
• Improve application performance, security and responsiveness.
• Conduct software testing, debugging and quality assurance.
• Manage application deployments, updates and version control.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide regular progress updates.
• Work independently to deliver development tasks within agreed deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in full-stack web application development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and modern frontend frameworks such as React.js or Next.js.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python or PHP.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Strong knowledge of REST API development and integration.
• Experience with Git, GitHub and version control.
• Ability to understand, maintain and improve existing codebases.
• Good understanding of application security, authentication and data protection.
• Experience with cloud hosting, deployment and application maintenance.
• Strong debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Ability to design and prototype an idea using figma for design

Desirable Skills:

• Experience developing SaaS platforms or online marketplaces.
• Experience integrating AI services, including OpenAI APIs.
• Experience with Stripe payment gateways, subscriptions and payouts.
• Experience integrating Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Calendar, Google Meet and messaging APIs.
• Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
